folklore + fashion + artist + photography = alkisah by rio motret


rio motret in cooperation with the Galeri Indonesia Kaya and Grand Indonesia, presents a collaboration between art and fashion that reappointed the fairy tale and the legend of Indonesia, packed in an photograph exhibition entitled 'alkisah'.
in the name of 70 years of Indonesia's Independence Day which also coincides with 10 years of rio motret works in Indonesia, this exhibition was held in the Atrium East Mall Grand Indonesia starting from 10 - 23 august 2015.

trough this exhibition, rio motret expects Indonesia's folklore will be able to survive and still attractive for future generations. for rio motret this exhibition is as a platform for an Indonesian cultural recognition.
